Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing & Shipping Windows
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days for the United States and 8–15 business days for Mexico. These timeframes are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not legally binding guarantees.
2. Courier Liability Limitation
RealPets is not liable or accountable for any packages lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims for items lost or damaged during shipping must be filed directly by the customer with the respective carrier using the provided tracking number.
3. Customer Responsibility for Accuracy
The buyer is solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. RealPets will not issue refunds, replacements, or store credits for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor for packages returned to sender due to non-collection or refusal of delivery.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
RealPets is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country (US or Mexico). All local fees, customs processing delays, or regulatory holds are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
