Refund & Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to hygienic and safety standards for pet products, RealPets does not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, sizing errors made by the customer, or subjective dissatisfaction.
2. Delayed Shipments
We do not issue refunds or cancellations for items that are currently in transit, delayed by the carrier, or held by customs. Refunds will only be considered if a package is officially declared lost by the carrier after 45 business days from the shipment date.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives broken or completely non-functional, you must report it to support@realpets.store within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear video and photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping label. RealPets reserves the right to issue a replacement instead of a refund. We are not liable for damages caused by pet misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
